PlayerETF is a skill-based consumer trading game operated by PlayerETF. The platform allows users to buy and sell digital positions ("positions") tied to the perceived market value of professional athletes. Prices are determined entirely by user trading activity through an automated market-making mechanism — not by game results, athlete statistics, or any external sporting outcome. PlayerETF is not a stock exchange, securities broker-dealer, investment advisor, gambling operator, or daily fantasy sports provider.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use PlayerETF. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. PlayerETF is not available to residents of Louisiana or Washington State at this time. We actively monitor the legal landscape across all U.S. states and reserve the right to restrict or suspend access in additional jurisdictions at any time without prior notice.
Positions on PlayerETF are digital assets representing a user's participation in a community-driven perception market. Positions are not securities, stocks, investment contracts, or interests in any underlying entity or asset. Positions do not represent ownership of, or any claim against, any athlete, sports league, team, or organization. Prices are determined entirely by supply and demand activity among platform users through an automated market-making mechanism. PlayerETF makes no representation as to the future value of any position.
PlayerETF is a skill-based trading game — not a gambling platform and not a daily fantasy sports contest. Position prices are not automatically set by game results or athlete statistics. They are determined solely by user trading activity through an automated market maker. While user sentiment may be informed by real-world athlete performance, no position pays out based on any sporting event, statistic, or external outcome. PlayerETF does not facilitate wagering of any kind.
Trading positions on PlayerETF involves financial risk. The value of your positions may decrease, and you may lose some or all of the funds you deposit. Past performance of any position is not indicative of future results. You should only participate with funds you can afford to lose. PlayerETF does not provide investment advice, and nothing on the platform constitutes a recommendation to buy or sell any position.
Deposits and withdrawals are processed via third-party payment providers. By initiating a deposit or withdrawal, you authorize PlayerETF to process the transaction on your behalf. Processing times and fees are subject to change. PlayerETF is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions. All transactions are subject to identity verification requirements.
PlayerETF charges a transaction fee on each trade. The current fee is displayed at the time of each transaction and may be updated at any time with notice to users. Fees are non-refundable.

All athlete names, likenesses, and statistics referenced on PlayerETF are used for informational and commentary purposes under applicable law. PlayerETF does not claim ownership of any athlete's name or likeness and does not hold a license from the NBA, NBPA, or any other sports league or players association. PlayerETF platform software, design, and content are the property of PlayerETF.
PlayerETF reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, any remaining cash balance will be returned to you after any applicable fees, subject to identity verification. Positions held at the time of termination will be liquidated at prevailing market prices.
PlayerETF is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee platform uptime, price accuracy, or uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or market volatility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlayerETF and its operators, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of PlayerETF after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification.
Your use of PlayerETF is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, including data collected as part of identity verification and payment processing. By using PlayerETF, you agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
